After designing the monitoring architecture that allowed me to visualise at least 80% of the company's consumption and having inserted meters capable of communicating consumption in real-time, we correlated them with production in order to have a clear view of significant KPIs.

For us, it is a big step both towards awareness of our consumption and towards precise industrial accounting.
