A company that manages energy efficiently is not only able to rely on the most suitable suppliers and choose the most affordable rates, but it is also a company capable of intelligently and consciously controlling its consumption.

To do this you need to know how much energy you consume and how: are there situations where we use excess energy? Could we optimise the resources used? These are questions that are often not easy to answer without specialist advice.

Through our Energy Management service, we analyse the energy consumption values of your company (data that also remain at your disposal for maximum transparency) and we set up the following interventions:

Energy audits

We carry out energy audits to periodically assess the energy efficiency of your company according to the requirements of the UNI CEI EN 16247 European standard.

Remote monitoring of consumption

We provide you, remotely and in real-time, with the consumption data collected by the measuring instruments installed, the alerts, the reports and the pre-invoice based on the measurements made.

ISO 50001 certification consultancy

We assist you in defining the procedural strategies to implement the energy management system compliant with the energy policy until certification is obtained.

Energy Manager

We assist the customer with our certified Energy Manager Expert engineers or in support of in-house Energy Managers for energy management activities. Among our services: analysis of offers for energy efficiency interventions, ad hoc consultancy for each individual customer's needs.

White Certificates

We are ESCo 11352:2014 certified and therefore meet the requirements to enable your company to submit applications for the issuance of white certificates ("Energy Efficiency Certificates" - EECs).

Search for financial aid in the energy field

We are constantly on the look-out for subsidised financing opportunities in the energy sector, always keeping up to date with regard to resolutions, regional or community calls for proposals.

Disclosure of savings

We use standardised energy saving reporting and put in place all the necessary procedures to send reports to the ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development).

Bureaucratic obligations

We deal with all the management of the proceedings with the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM), with the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (ARERA) and with the Agency for New Technologies, Energy and the Environment (ENEA).

Annual consumption declarations

We draw up a detailed declaration of electricity and natural gas consumption to be submitted to the Customs Agency; once approved, it allows you to take advantage of significant tax benefits with the utmost protection

Relationship and Procedure Management

We quickly and efficiently handle all reports and proceedings to be submitted to the Customs and Monopolies Agency, in particular all those relating to excise duty exemptions and refunds.

Relationship and Procedure Management

We develop Energy Performance Contracts - one of the ESCo (Energy Service Company) contracts - fully funded in order to increase the energy efficiency of buildings, plants and corporate infrastructure.

Energy Performance Contract (EPC)

We carry out an independent analysis for the development of a company fleet, examining its energy cost.
